 The Colonial Region Republican Committee is one of three committees making up the Republican Party for New Castle County and one of  the five regional committees of the Republican State Committee of the State of Delaware.

Chris has been actively involved in the Colonial Region for quite some time. He also ran for the 8th District Representative in the 2024 Election. 

 

BIO: 
I am a husband, father, veteran, business leader and volunteer who cares deeply about our great state, and our wonderful hometown! Middletown has been described as the jewel of New Castle County, and I promise to work hard to keep it that way. We need to achieve and maintain balanced growth, great education, safe communities and smart investments so we can ensure a bright future for all.

I am a native Delawarean who served in the US Airforce for 4 years active duty and 29 years in Reserves. I have always had a love for numbers.  

I have been Director of Finance & Administration for a Legal Aid Service for 31 years.  Prior to joining them, I worked for two large construction companies managing multimillion dollar projects.  I believe I will be instrumental in providing timely financial reports to the executive committee and keep our region members informed of our overall financial position.

I have been the chair for RD15 for 4 years.  I’ve helped to grow the region volunteers and helped the Colonial Region in working with candidates and helping them promote their campaigns.  I have been married for 35 years and have twin sons.  I enjoy gardening, canning and crocheting

Ellie Mattucci

Secretary

Ellie has been involved with the region offering many contributions. She has actively assisted the region with many fundraiser events and helping candidates in the region.  Ellie has also served as the Chair for RD 27.  She has been instrumental in keeping the district organized and communicating with the community. 


I have been a resident of Delaware, and specifically the Colonial Region, for over 40 years. I moved to Porter Square with my parents in 1979 and bought my own home in the area in 2001. I am the owner of MW Roofing LLC, along with my husband Chad Wloczewski, since 2008. In the years prior, I worked as an Administrative Assistant/Business Manager/Bookkeeper for many small businesses throughout New Castle County.


I have one son, Michael, who lives in San Antonio, Texas with his wife and my grandson, Donny. I also have a 17-year-old stepdaughter, Lily who loves to attend Trump rallies with me. My hobbies and interests include reading, cooking and baking, true crime podcasts, collecting President Trump memorabilia, and trolling libs on X.
