Citizen's Guide to Delaware Public Policy

Updated: Oct 29

Senator Bryant Richardson has spent time since the session ended in June writing about the madness taking place inside the walls of Legislative Hall.

Senator Richardson produced a 40-page booklet that details some of the worst examples of bills the Democrats have pushed through the General Assembly.

The Democrats, who block bills such as Fairness in Women’s Sports and a Delaware Restoring the Family Unit Task Force, are in super majorities in both Houses.

Are they better at messaging? No. They conceal their actions by simply keeping bills locked in committee. The Citizen’s Guide helps to expose that tactic.

“There are many low-information voters who would give the Republicans a chance to lead, if they understood our stands on the issues,” Richardson said.

“We are on the right side of some 80/20 issues. We need to make these issues front and center. I’m hoping the distribution of this booklet will help in some of the races in 2026.”

The booklet (attached) is designed with easy-to-read quotes on the left pages. When viewing, select the two-page view for the better effect.

The goal is to get this publication into the homes of the majority of Delaware voters.

Senator Richardson believes that there are many low-information voters who would give the Republicans a chance to lead if they understood our positions

on the issues. The Citizen’s Guide will play a part in exposing the insanity at Legislative Hall and hopefully persuade voters to look more carefully about who they want representing them in Dover.

Senator Richardson is accepting contributions to help support this educational effort. If you would like to contribute to the effort, checks can be made out to Bryant Richardson and mailed to 215 Elm Drive, Seaford, DE 19973.
